Hi Lottery Trio, thanks for your comments. Yes, artists tend to develop ideas which are very self-centred unless there is a deliberate decision to make work for a specific audience and even then, the work is driven by the artist`s desires. Eventually, I hope to show my work in front of the same people who use these spaces every day. Perhaps they will be able to relate to the work that they see, but if not, that is acceptable too.

This phrase or sketch, is very much in keeping with my desire to maintain the ongoing natural sounds and environmental textures (people, movement, spatial properties, objects, light, time) in the piece. The movement of the dancers is working for me in relation to the little, intimate drama played out, indicated by, initially, one-sided hug, which changes to become reciprocated and held. The stillness of myself watching Sylvie walking away before I leave. This works well. A conversation in itself. The sort of thing that I could repeat through editing, over and over, as a device to express Duende.
